In the USA and UK put their numerical dates in opposite, so where
in the US they write 11/24/08, in the UK we would write 24/11/08.
We therefore always ask clients to use 3 letter abbreviation for
months to avoid confusion in any communication. (i.e. JAN for January).

Our staff should not, and will not tolerate rudeness, abuse, discrimination
or violence from members of the public or clients, and it is totally
unacceptable.
Abuse on Drivers:
We will not tolerate abuse of any kind for any reason whatsoever.
Being tired after a long flight is no excuse for rudeness, and
drivers are instructed not to accept any abuse whatsoever, be
it verbal or physical. Overseas visitors are reminded that the
UK is a generous multicultural society made up of citizens of
all nationalities, religions and beliefs and persuasions. All
are considered equal and must be treated that way.
Also please note: 'Please' and Thank you' are used in almost
every verbal request, please remember this, as this is almost
a requirement to get anything 'done' in the UK!
