Luton Airport charge £1 for drop off's and pickups at their terminal. Should you want to be dropped off directly at Luton's terminal you will need to give your driver this fee (£1 coin). If you do not wish to pay, your driver can stop at the medium term car park where a free shuttle bus is available to take you to the terminal. We understand the inconvenience that this causes, but this is a Luton airport decision and is out of our hands. Complaints regarding this policy should be directed to Luton airport and not to ourselves.
*Central London includes Postcodes starting with... E, EC, HA, N, NW, SW, W, WC, WD and SE1, SE11, SE16, SE17 only.

time - but this is unusual. You may also be charged extra if you ask the driver to divert from his/her
route, or if you choose to make stops for photographs etc. (You can
ask your driver for cost of mini-tours and photo opportunities during
your transfer if you wish) We will never increase your fare once you have booked regardless of
how far in advance you have booked and regardless of whether our fares
increase before you actually travel. (Once booked your fare is guaranteed!)

another company's fare is cheaper than ours, there will be a reason...
Ask yourself why are they so cheap? Reliability? Are they actually Licensed
or safe? Will the fare increase when it comes to paying the driver?
What is their standard of Vehicles and Driving? Do they speak English
and know where they are going? Who recommends them?
